I NEED LISTINGS!

I am currently working with several buyers trying to find them homes.

I know many listed homes have expired and sellers are reluctant to put them back on the market. Many others are trying the FSBO route. As an agent who works with both buyers and sellers I can assure you agents who are trying to make a living from practicing real estate are not starting their search in FSBO’s.

My buyers are finding the availability of listed homes limited. I can’t show them what’s not there.

If you like I will list your home. We can even start a little high on the price if you wish. Expect to receive lowball offers initially and don’t be offended by them. Just realize that this is the time we live in and be prepared to counter back. Simply saying “no” or refusing to answer an offer will get you nowhere. Your agent needs to help you make a written counteroffer.
