1) Do you know the ideal price point and expected number of days on market?

2) Have you de-cluttered, cleaned  to the point that a home buyer can visualize their furnishings in your home?

3) Can you look at your home critically and determine where you need to spend some money and time preparing it or will you waste money on things that don’t return cash and create frustration because of higher than average days on market?

4) Will you be able to walk confidently into closing, knowing that it will in fact close?  

5) Is it safe to let strangers in your house and at anytime?

Your home will be advertised in multiple locations in print and on line. Using excellent photography and well written copy, my goal is to make your home stand out.

You will receive regular updates on the activity and interest in your home. Typical feedback to my clients is once a week emails and a call following each showing.

If your home value exceeds $500,000 please call so I can provide you with my luxury listing package used exclusively for these homes. Selling these homes is not the same as selling median priced homes, contrary to what some say. Advertising costs for these homes can and should exceed normal advertising costs by multiples.
