I am so confident in my skills and abilities that I risk not being paid at all because I charge no additional fees at all. When you buy my commission comes from the seller. If you don't then I feel that I have failed and don't deserve to be paid. I currently have a 100% closing ratio of serious, qualified buyer clients.
